Bentonite is used in detergency with a 0.5 % and especially in liquid products such as softeners. Bentonite, compared to other softeners, is compatible with the surface-active agents used in detergency. Bentonite has anti hardening effect and avoids that the hard parts of the water deposit on the fibers. It can be mixed to powder detergents in different percentages with a granulometry of 0,5÷1 mm.
