Oenology
Bentonite is used to stabilize and to purify in the treatment of wine and all food liquids. In wines and above all in must it corrects and prolongs fermentation. Bentonite has a successful function of deproteinization to avoid turbidity and stabilize wine in time.
Its action as a natural product is more effective with a low pH, so after acidification the product we selected, called BENTOBIOL guarantees best results.
